also I'd much rather the update to be merged against #97 since it also updates the versions for arm complient versions

this version gives me

Update buildpack dependencies including our vscodium.
Note that I removed the extra versions from the
builder.toml- I'm not sure those needed to be there and everything works fine without them. Since we pin them at the top and I don't imagine us supporting multiple versions, I assume this is fine.Project with the images built using the updated builder: https://dev.renku.ch/p/rokroskar/testing-images
